Un-Claude sets one advertising cookie, from Google, and only if you accept it. That is what the bar at the bottom of the page is asking. Everything else on this page is either needed to run the tool you asked for or stores nothing on your device at all.
Nothing you paste or upload is ever part of this. No cookie on this site sees your text, your file, or its name, whichever way you answer, and the tool behaves identically if you decline.
Three things stored on your device to run the tool, one advertising cookie you can refuse, and two measurement and security tools that store nothing.

The first three are what the industry calls strictly necessary: they exist to deliver the thing you asked for, they carry no advertising, and they are not shared with anyone. Those need no permission and there is nothing to opt out of.
The Google Ads cookie is the only one that does need your permission, and it is the only reason this site now asks. Until you press Accept it is not set, and Google is told to store nothing. Press No thanks and it stays that way. You can change your mind by clearing your browser data for this site, which resets the question.
Signing out clears the session cookies. Clearing your browser data clears everything on this page, including your guest credits. We have no way to restore them, because we have no way to know they were yours. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not measure your visit at all.
